CarolBrass and GS (USA Distribution) are pleased to introduce a new U.S.-based bugle artist and dealer: Jari Villanueva

Who is this artist and dealer?

Jari Villanueva is a retired 23-year Air Force veteran who is widely considered the United States' foremost expert on military bugle calls, especially the song "Taps." Throughout his highly decorated career, he participated in over 5,000 ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, directed music plans for presidential state funerals, and successfully moved the bugle used at President John F. Kennedy’s funeral to Arlington for public display. Beyond his military service, Villanueva is a passionate music educator, author, and conductor who has led multiple state and volunteer bands, served on several Maryland governor-appointed commissions, and was inducted into the Buglers Hall of Fame in 2007. Today, he remains dedicated to honoring veterans and preserving history by directing organizations like the Doughboy Foundation and Taps For Veterans, as well as founding the national annual event, Taps Across America.
